What We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Email address — if you submit your email via our email gate form, to send you updates from MyRemoteJob.eu.
- Anonymous usage statistics — via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), only after you give explicit consent.
We do not collect your name, payment information, or any other personally identifying information unless you contact us directly.
Email Updates & Marketing
Purpose: When you submit your email address via our email gate form, we use it to send you updates from MyRemoteJob.eu. You may receive periodic emails when new jobs are posted.
Legal basis: Processing is based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Your consent is recorded at the point of collection. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
Processor: Your email address is stored and processed by Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France. Brevo is our data processor under Article 28 GDPR. Their Data Processing Agreement is available at brevo.com/legal/termsofuse/#dpa. As Brevo is an EU-based company, no cross-border data transfer outside the EEA takes place.
Retention: We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link managed by Brevo. You may also email simcogno@proton.me with the subject "Remove me" and we will process your request within 30 days.
No spam, no sharing: You will only receive updates you signed up for. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.
Unsubscribe: You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing simcogno@proton.me with the subject "Remove me". We will delete your address within 30 days.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use localStorage to remember your cookie consent preference (gdpr_consent). If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies. No tracking cookies are set before consent.
Server Logs & Hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (340 Pine Street, Suite 1520, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). As part of normal web server operation, Vercel automatically records standard server access logs including your IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and HTTP response code. This processing is carried out by Vercel as part of its infrastructure service and is outside our direct control. Vercel acts as a data processor for hosting purposes. Their privacy policy, including data retention practices, is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with Google Consent Mode v2. Data is processed by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, acting as a sub-processor under an EU Standard Contractual Clauses agreement and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. IP anonymisation is enabled. Analytics data is not linked to your email address or any other personal identifier. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
